Welcome to the official website of the 22^nd International Ship and Offshore Structure Congress (ISSC 2025). In order to ensure that your participation process is efficient and smooth, please follow the steps below to complete the account registration and login operation:

1.Personal account registration

Please click the [Create Account] button and fill in the required basic information, which includes the participant's identity, username, password, registered email address, full name, and nationality. Once you submit the registration, the system will automatically send a successful account opening reminder email to your registered email address.

2.Login and Function Operation

Use your username and password to log in to the system, and then navigate to your personal management page.

Within the personal management page, you can complete the following core functions:

Conference Registration: Submit conference participation information and complete registration payment.

Invitation Letter Acquisition: Download the official electronic invitation letter.

Invoice Download: Apply online and obtain the VAT electronic invoice for conference fees.

Hotel Booking: Book a room by accessing the link of the conference-designated hotel and enjoy exclusive discounts.

Important Notes:

(1) The ‘Participant Identity Selection’ encompasses four distinct categories. You should choose one of these during the personal account registration process, as the selection is directly tied to conference participation registration and cannot be altered afterward. Please exercise caution to avoid any incorrect selections.

Official Discusser：The Official Discusser is expected to review the report of the specific committee and to prepare an official discussion on the report including his own views based on his experience and knowledge in the respective field.

Committee Member: Includes Standing Committee members, Correspondents, Technical Committees’ members, and Special Committees’ members.

Observer: Observers are individuals who are qualified by reason of professional responsibility or published work and able to contribute usefully to the discussions at the Congress. Observers are selected and proposed to the Chairman by country representatives (i.e. SC members and correspondents). Observers may participate in all technical and social activities at the Congress.

Accompanying Person: Participants can invite up to two accompanying persons to participate in social events and culture tours during the Congress. See below for details on events and tours included in the Accompanying Persons program.
